Legal Information on Data Protection

At FJN we are aware that the use of your personal data requires that it be done consciously and based on a relationship of trust. We respect your privacy and process your data in strict compliance with applicable law. The General Regulation on Data Protection - Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April, considers personal data to be "information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). Depending on how the Customer interacts with the FJN (online, offline, on the phone and / or in person), we collect various types of information about you as follows:

  • Personal contact information: this includes information that you provide to us and that allows us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, email address, social networking data or telephone number.

How long do we keep your personal information?

When there is no legal obligation to preserve personal data, your personal data will be kept for the time needed for the purpose for which they were collected, after which they will be anonymised or destroyed. For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, your personal data will be kept for a maximum period of 12 months, counted from the last contact made.

 

Under what circumstances is there communication of data to other entities (third parties and subcontractors)?

In the scope of its activity, the FJN may use third parties for the provision of certain services, namely for the conduct of satisfaction surveys. Sometimes the provision of these services implies access by these entities to the personal data of our Clients, and the FJN will be responsible for the personal data that it makes available. When this happens, appropriate measures are taken to ensure that the entities that have access to the data are reputed and offer the highest guarantees at this level, which will be duly enshrined and safeguarded in a contract to be signed between the parties. Accordingly, any subcontracted entity shall be required to take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access and in any other way of illicit treatment. The FJN transmits its data to the marks represented for the following purposes:

  • Granting of legal and contractual guarantee.

  • Carrying out security campaigns to which they are subject by virtue of the contracts that the FJN celebrates with its clients.

 

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 16 ("Children"). Child data are collected only upon authorization from the parental responsibility holder, so we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are the parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child or guardian has provided us with personal information, please contact us. At FJN we guarantee that you can access, as Data Holder, your personal data.
